Treedrop is a delivery service that makes tree and plant shopping a breeze. With a couple of clicks from any mobile device, you can order beautiful Christmas trees or houseplants, and schedule a convenient delivery time. Once your tree arrives to your home or busieness, we will set or install your tree at your desired location, while providing a clean and convenient experience.
You can place an order 24 hours a day. Treedrop delivers between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
Treedrop is available in Orlando and surrounding neighborhoods. Check to see if we service your area by entering your zip code on the home page.
Treedrop offers different tree sizes at varying prices. Delivery and installation are included in all prices.
Using treedrop is easy! 1) Choose your tree size and accessories. 2) Schedule your delivery and optional pick-up. 3) Place your order!
Absolutely! You can place an order on their behalf. This is especially helpful to children and grandchildren of elderly customers who live out of town. If you're unsure of their space capacity, you can purchase a gift card directly on our website and send it to them electronically.
Tips are completely discretionary. If your experience exceeds your expectations, you are more than welcome to tip your delivery driver.
Treedrop is driven to provide a warm, personal service. We will never simply drop your tree or plant off unless you explicitly request that drivers do not enter your home. In response to concerns related to COVID-19, we are offering a contactless delivery option at checkout. With contactless delivery, our delivery team will deliver and drop your tree or plant off to your front door. If you would like us to set your Christmas tree in a stand outside of your home, please request this in the Delivery Instructions section of your order. The same rates will apply.
Holiday
Have no fear! You have the option to purchase a tree stand once you select your tree on the "Need Any of These?" section. If you do not have a Tree stand at the time of your delivery, you can purchase one if your driver has one available. If your driver has to return to your home or business, a $50 re-delivery fee will be assessed to account for fuel and labor costs.
Cancellations & Returns
Christmas tree cancellation
You have up to 48 hours before your delivery to cancel without penalty. If you choose to cancel within the 48-hour window, you will forfeit 50% of your total. Due to the seasonal nature of Christmas tree delivery, we must enforce cancellation policies to avoid losses on pre-ordered items.
House plant cancellation
You have up to 24 hours to cancel without pentalty. If you choose to cancel within the 24-hour window, you will forfeit 50% of your total.
If your tree or plant dies within 48 hours of delivery, Treedrop will bring you a new one during your next available delivery window. If you do not want a tree/plant replacement, we will issue a refund for the total amount of the tree.
Christmas trees
Unfortunately, we cannot gaurantee the lifespan of Christmas trees. Most Christmas trees will last the entire holiday season, but some will deteriorate sooner than others. Due to the seasonal nature of the Christmas tree delivery business, returns
